Answers to your questions

Which networks are supported?+

Wallet monitoring supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Optimism, Tron and Base. Network availability varies by tool: whale alerts cover Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain, Gas alerts use Ethereum, Mempool uses Bitcoin, and blockchain metrics cover Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Can I monitor assets other than USDT?+

More than USDT. Follow native coins such as BTC, ETH, BNB, POL and TRX, plus tokens supported by each network. Wallet activity covers asset changes by default. Balance alerts let you choose a native coin, a listed token or a custom token contract.

Do I need to connect a wallet or provide a private key?+

No. Monitoring uses public wallet addresses and public blockchain data only. Never enter private keys or seed phrases in any field. Token approvals are not required. WalletAlert does not hold or move your assets.

Which notification channels are available?+

Choose LINE, email, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Webhook, browser push, app push, SMS or phone.

How do I save and export alert rules?+

Choose an alert type, network and trigger condition, then select a notification channel and preview your rule. Save it in this browser or export the configuration as JSON.

How is the same address tracked across networks?+

Create a separate rule for each network. EVM networks can share the same 0x address format, but balances and activity are independent. Tokens are identified by both network and contract address, not by name alone.
